What You'll Do

• Lead and supervise daily production operations to meet production targets and quality standards.
• Plan and allocate manpower and equipment resources efficiently.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to keep workflows running smoothly.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and maintain a safe, clean workplace.
• Train and mentor staff, promoting professional growth and performance.
• Monitor and report on productivity metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience in electro-mechanical assembly or related production environments.
• Strong understanding of schematics, blueprints, and manufacturing instructions.
• Demonstrated skills in process management, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ready to start immediately and adapt quickly in a fast-paced setting.
