Overview:
City Wide of Orlando is seeking a strategic, emotionally intelligent, and performance-driven Sales Manager to lead and support our growing sales department. This role is ideal for a coach—not a critic—who understands how to cultivate talent, reinforce culture, and drive revenue while honoring the foundation already in place.
You’ll be the right fit if:
• You respect people first, performance second—but you know how to get both.
• You coach, not command.
• You take ownership, not control.
• You’ve managed inside/outside sales teams, and know how to bridge the gap between appointments and closed deals.
• You see “process” and “personality” as teammates, not tradeoffs.
⸻
Key Responsibilities
• Lead, mentor, and support a 7-person sales team (Closers, SAs, CBS, BDS)
• Implement and track KPIs for appointments, quotes, closes, and client retention
• Partner with the COO to build on the current structure, not overhaul it
• Identify training opportunities and provide weekly coaching without disrupting morale
• Conduct weekly pipeline reviews and provide strategic input to optimize territory performance
• Foster collaboration between sales and operations for seamless onboarding and retention
• Manage CRM data hygiene and forecasting with discipline
• Represent the sales team’s voice at the leadership table
• Model accountability without micromanagement
⸻
Required Qualifications
• 3+ years in B2B sales management, preferably service-based or facilities
• Proven leadership in hybrid teams (field & phone-based sales reps)
• Strong grasp of sales metrics, coaching techniques, and CRM systems (preferably Salesforce or equivalent)
• Excellent communication, empathy, and boundary-setting skills
• Able to lead through growth without disrupting culture
⸻
Compensation & Growth
• Competitive base salary + bonus structure based on team performance
• Clear path to Director-level leadership within 18–24 months
• Part of a high-growth, people-first company culture built on grounded leadership
⸻
Why City Wide Orlando?
You won’t inherit chaos—you’ll inherit a solid team with strong relationships, proven closers, and a leadership team that knows what it takes to win. We’re looking for someone who can build on what exists, not bulldoze it.
