Akkodis is seeking QA Coordinator role , a Contract opportunity with a client in Sunnyvale CA. We’re ideally looking for an applicant with prior experience in software user experience or QA testing for consumer products - unreleased Apple products, software, hardware, etc.

Pay Range : $35-$40/hour on W2. The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate Possesses a strong familiarity with Apple products and can perform deep-dive troubleshooting with a scientific process to find a solution. Technical writing skills and a keen eye for detail are important, along with a foundational understanding of graphic design principle. Experience in UX testing—particularly knowing best practices during testing sessions. Basic command-line terminal and bash skills are expected,

• 1+ years of proven experience in software user experience or QA testing for consumer products - unreleased Apple products, software, hardware, etc.
• Familiarity with iOS, watchOS, macOS, or Apple hardware
• Must be able to handle multiple time-constrained tasks to meet daily deadlines
• Detail oriented problem solver with a passion for quality and user experience
• Strong communicator with immediate team members and study manager
• Ability to adjust and deliver in fast-paced and ever-changing dynamic environment
• Quick learner/Self-starter with an ability to distill complex matter
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
