A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney with 3 to 5 years of experience to join its Commercial and Construction Law Practice Group in Omaha, Nebraska. Key Responsibilities:
• Represent clients in a variety of commercial and construction litigation matters
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and legal briefs
• Participate in all stages of litigation, including depositions, hearings, and trial prep
• Coordinate case strategy with senior attorneys and engage in client counseling
• Ensure timely management of case deadlines, court rules, and procedural compliance
• Develop oral advocacy and courtroom skills through direct exposure to trial work

Qualifications:
• 3 to 5 years of litigation experience; trial experience preferred
• Licensed to practice in Nebraska or ability to obtain license promptly
• Demonstrated ability to manage litigation files with independence and precision
• Strong writing, research, and legal analysis skills
• Solid understanding of commercial or construction law principles is a plus
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of juggling multiple matters
• Effective communication with clients and opposing counsel
• Team player with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
