🚀 We're Hiring: Head of Training – Mission Operations

📍 Location: Moriarty, NM - Onsite

Are you passionate about leading training programs that shape the future of high-altitude missions? We’re looking for an experienced and visionary Head of Training to lead the development and execution of mission-critical training programs for our flight and technical teams.

🌟 What You’ll Do:

• Design and Deliver Training Programs : Build and oversee robust training initiatives—both live and digital—for all mission support personnel.
• Lead and Mentor Training Teams : Assemble and guide a team of master trainers to ensure consistent, high-quality content delivery.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with engineering, operations, and safety teams to align training with mission requirements.
• Ensure Compliance and Excellence : Maintain accurate training records and certifications, ensuring regulatory and safety standards are met.
• Measure and Improve : Use data and feedback to continuously refine training programs and drive operational excellence.
• Drive Simulation-Based Training : Develop training sim requirements and operational scenarios, and support simulation system upkeep.
• Support Real-Time Missions : Contribute directly to on-console operations for high-altitude flights, putting your training into action.

✅ What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in aerospace, aviation, training & development, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in mission operations, technical training, or flight program management
• Strong communication skills with a knack for translating complex technical topics
• Familiarity with simulation-based and competency-driven training programs (coding experience a plus!)
• Leadership experience in high-risk, high-performance operational settings
• Agility to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments
