About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and strategic UX Researcher to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of design, research, and agile product development. You’ll play a key role in shaping user experiences through human-centered design, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive and impactful digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply design thinking and human-centered design principles to solve complex user problems.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research , with a strong focus on usability testing .
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders in an agile environment to ensure seamless execution of design solutions.
• Create low-fidelity prototypes and wireframes to communicate design concepts effectively; proficiency in Figma is a plus.
• Develop and maintain clear Information Architecture to enhance content discoverability and user flow.
• Act as a liaison between teams, leveraging account management skills to navigate personalities and priorities while keeping projects on track.
• Present research findings and design recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in UX design and user research , ideally within agile software development teams.
• Strong understanding of design thinking and human-centered design methodologies.
• Proficiency in usability testing , user interviews, surveys, and data analysis.
• Experience with Figma or similar design tools.
• Solid grasp of Information Architecture principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Background in account or stakeholder management is highly desirable.

Nice to Have

• Experience in enterprise or B2B software environments.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
• Background in psychology, HCI, or a related field.
