Traveling Superintendent – Data Center Construction

Location: Nationwide Travel (Home base preferred near major airport)

Travel: 100% – per diem, flights, rental, and lodging covered

Salary Range: $120,000–$160,000 base + project bonuses + per diem + benefits

About the Role:

We’re partnering with one of the most respected builders in mission-critical construction to hire a Traveling Superintendent to lead ground-up and tenant improvement data center projects across the U.S.

If you're experienced in schedule-driven, MEP-intensive construction environments, this role offers consistent pipeline, career advancement, and complex builds that push your skills to the next level.

What You'll Do:

• Manage day-to-day site operations for hyperscale and colocation data center projects ($25M–$200M+)
• Lead site teams, subcontractors, and trades with a focus on safety, quality, and execution
• Oversee daily/weekly progress meetings, look-ahead schedules, and QC walks
• Coordinate heavily with MEPF teams, Commissioning Agents, and Project Management
• Ensure all work is executed to plan, code, and spec—on time and under budget

What We're Looking For:

• 7+ years in commercial or mission-critical construction (data centers strongly preferred)
• Proven track record managing fast-paced, technically complex projects
• Strong experience with scheduling software (P6, MS Project, etc.)
• OSHA 30 and EM-385 (or willingness to obtain)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and site documentation skills
• Willingness to travel full-time – 3:1 or 4:1 rotation model depending on project
