Job Description

As the Technical Services Manager, you'll oversee the planning, execution, and quality of technical support and integration programs for a leading technology solutions provider. This role focuses on financial management, project coordination, staff development, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical teams in delivering systems integration, client support, and service agreements
  • Partner with sales to support client acquisition and retention through joint calls and presentations
  • Manage departmental budgets, labor hours, and project profitability
  • Develop training, onboarding, and performance strategies for team growth and consistency
  • Ensure adherence to technical standards and support processes company-wide

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience with Fire Alarm, A/V, Nurse Call, Intercom, Security, and Access Control systems
  • Proven leadership experience in a technical or engineering environment
  • Strong project management, budgeting, and client relationship skills
  • AVIXA CTS and NICET Level II certification preferred (or ability to obtain within 1 year)
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel overnight as needed (up to 20%)
