Job Description

LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a growing organization, and they are seeking a motivated Supply Chain Analyst to join their team. You will be responsible for playing a pivotal role in demand planning, inventory optimization, and forecasting across multiple retail and e-commerce channels. You’ll work cross-functionally with sales, operations, and finance to ensure timely fulfillment and strategic inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine SKU-level forecasts for retail and e-commerce partners.
• Analyze POS data, historical trends, and inventory levels to update demand plans.
• Collaborate with sales teams to align forecasts with customer expectations.
• Maintain and improve internal reporting tools (e.g., Gross Sales, Out-of-Stock, Overstock).
• Track performance metrics such as OTIF, inventory turns, and vendor scorecards.
• Support new product launches and manage timelines across departments.
• Coordinate with overseas freight forwarders for container shipments and cost analysis.
• Partner with finance to align purchasing plans with budget targets.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain or Business Administration.
• 1+ years of experience in supply chain or demand planning.
• Background in the consumer-packaged goods (CPG) industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).
• Experience working with major retailers or e-commerce platforms.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Compensation Range: $70,000-$80,000
