We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Social Media Department Lead to join our team. This role blends high-level strategy with hands-on execution and leadership. You’ll be responsible for managing our entire social media team, developing platform-specific social media plans for law firms across the country, producing and/or overseeing creative deliverables, and constantly evaluating and refining staff and social media performance based on data.
This isn’t a pure management role — we want someone who’s just as comfortable in the trenches writing a caption or tweaking a Reel as they are mapping out a 90-day engagement strategy. You’ll lead our social media team, serve as the point of contact for internal staff and our clients, and act as our in-house expert on platform trends and content best practices.
