This role is ideal for someone looking to grow into a Buyer’s Agent position. You’ll handle showings, support lead follow-up efforts, and gain practical experience working alongside top producers—all while earning rewarding commissions.
We’re looking for someone dependable, proactive, and ready to grow. A real estate license is required, but if you're close to completing it, we’re open to helping you get started with the right support.

Responsibilities:
• Research information about potential properties, communities, schools and amenities so client questions may be answered
• Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors to help ensure a smooth process
• Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria
• Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents home sellers in a timely fashion
• Identify homes to show that meet buyers’ needs and budgets to help make more sales
• Lead follow-up

Qualifications:
• Willing and able to spend a lot of time driving
• Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently
• Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease
• Present yourself in a professional manner
• Real Estate license
• Must live in an area
