Key Responsibilities:
• Handle expert and witness depositions in toxic tort and product liability cases
• Draft complex litigation documents, including motions, discovery, and trial prep materials
• Manage discovery, pleadings, and communications with clients and opposing counsel
• Prepare for trial, including development of exhibit lists, trial strategy, and pre-trial motions
• Maintain and develop relationships with sophisticated clients through regular updates and strategic discussions

Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in asbestos, toxic tort, or catastrophic injury litigation
• Active license to practice in California (required)
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-stakes, billable litigation matters
• Strong deposition and trial-prep skills
• Excellent legal writing and persuasive communication abilities
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and deadline-driven
