Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager with proven experience in Project/Program Management to lead and coordinate activities across multiple teams. The ideal candidate will be technically savvy , have strong skills in middleware integration , Dynatrace monitoring coordination , and possess excellent communication and PowerPoint presentation abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage all project activities across development, middleware, and monitoring teams.
• Facilitate middleware integration planning, execution, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to gather partner information and project inputs.
• Drive the adoption and effective use of Dynatrace monitoring for performance insights and reporting.
• Prepare, update, and deliver PowerPoint presentations for status updates, executive reviews, and stakeholder meetings.
• Provide clear and concise status reporting to leadership and project stakeholders.
• Follow up with development teams to ensure timely delivery of tasks and milestones.
• Track risks, issues, and dependencies, and ensure proper escalation/resolution.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure alignment with delivery timelines.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in Project or Program Management (preferably in middleware projects).
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills across geographically distributed teams.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint for professional, executive-level presentations.
• Strong communication skills — both written and verbal.
• Technically savvy, with the ability to understand middleware integration concepts and monitoring tools.
• Experience working with Dynatrace or similar APM tools is a plus.
• Ability to influence, follow up, and drive deliverables in multi-team environments.
• Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience in middleware technologies (e.g., TIBCO, Kafka, MQ, Coherence).
• Knowledge of Dynatrace reporting and dashboards .
• Background in application performance monitoring or SRE practices .
