Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee a personal injury caseload from intake through resolution

• Evaluate and advise clients on case merit, liability, and legal options

• Draft complaints, motions, discovery responses, and demand letters

• Handle mediations, depositions, trials, and settlement negotiations

• Manage and mentor a team of paralegals and case support professionals

• Ensure proper documentation and workflow within case management systems

• Advocate for clients during hearings and court proceedings

• Conduct legal research and analysis of medical records, policies, and reports

Qualifications:

• 7–12 years of experience in auto accident litigation or personal injury law

• Licensed in at least one of the following states: Colorado, Indiana, Missouri, or Washington

• Texas Bar admission strongly preferred

• Strong background in high-volume docket management and client engagement

• Proven leadership experience with legal support teams

• Trial and mediation experience highly desirable

• JD from an accredited U.S. law school

• Excellent legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
