Senfeng Laser USA is a subsidiaries of SENFENG LASER which professional manufacturer specializing in metal processing equipment such as laser cutting, laser welding, laser cleaning, laser cladding, bending, automation, and machine tools. To meet the needs of our rapidly expanding business, we are hiring several positions including Field Service Technicians, Sales Managers. About the Role

Based in the US or Jinan(with frequent business trips to the US), responsible for installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of laser cutting, welding, and other equipment, as well as related technical service work.

Responsibilities

• Installation, debugging, and maintenance of laser machines, bending, automation, and machine tools. Provide training to customers and perform equipment maintenance.
• Collect, organize, and provide feedback on equipment issues.
• Use communication tools such as phone, email, and apps to provide remote guidance and resolve equipment problems.
• Prepare service reports or logs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in electrical automation, electromechanical integration, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or related fields.
• Ability to read mechanical and circuit diagrams.
• Experience in after-sales service of laser equipment, with a solid understanding of mechanical and electrical knowledge.
• Excellent communication, adaptability, and learning skills.
• Ability to adapt to frequent business trips.
• Holding a long-term residence visa of the United States.
• Proficient in using various measuring and testing tools such as multimeters and calipers.
• Proficiency in Chinese and effective communication in English with customers regarding equipment issues.
