Manufacturing Recruiter

Location: Cleveland, TN 37311

Work Schedule: On-site, 8am-4pm, some flexibility. OT as needed, not much anticipated. Potential for a job fair on a Saturday, which is a rare occurrence.

Contract Type: Open-ended

Pay Rate: $21 - $26 an hour

Job Responsibilities:

• Screening resumes/applications based on specific guidelines to identify qualified candidates.
• Scheduling interviews, drug screens, and other hiring process communication duties.
• Scheduling candidates for New Hire orientation using a scripted process.
• Maintaining records on recruiting activities as required.
• Approximately 75% of the time will be spent screening, calling, or emailing candidates, and 25% on sourcing and screening.
• Other duties as required.

Must-Have Skills:

• Talent Aquisition Manufacturing Experience within a Plant: Not just HR experience. At least 6 months of experience required, 1 year preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office; Google tools preferred.
• Prior experience with job boards or recruiting software is a plus.
• Excellent communication and effective listening skills.
• Ability to multitask and be target-driven.

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s degree preferred but not required.
• Bachelor's degree required for conversion to FTE.

Experience:

• 1 year of Recruiting or HR experience or recent BA/BS graduate with internship experience.
