We’re looking for a motivated Showing Agent to focus on sales, lead generation, and client relationships. You’ll work directly alongside experienced team leads and top-producing agents—gaining real-world experience, sharpening your skills, and earning rewarding commissions as you go.

Responsibilities:
• Assist the clients in writing offers and closing the deal so the process is timely and smooth
• Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service
• Coordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis
• Refine buyer’s criteria in order to select additional homes to show as necessary
• Coordinate and attend on-site property inspections with clients so process is smooth and timely
• Team and individual sales and lead generation
• Convert buyers
• Convert showings to sales
• Lead follow up
• Sales scripts and objection handler mastery
• Set appointments
Qualifications:
• Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly
• Present yourself in a professional manner
• A real estate license is required
• Great communication
• Commission opportunity • Sales experience
• Must live within the greater Phoenix area
