Job Description

Must haves:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in transportation projects (Highway, airport, transit, etc.) required.
• Inspection experience including reinforced concrete, earthwork, drainage, and striping
• Experience with writing reports and ability to read drawings/plans
• Ability to work in a team environment

Plusses:

• WAQTC certifications preferred.

Day to day:

Insight Global is in search of Quality Assurance Inspectors to support a top Engineering firm in Redmond, WA. This position would be working on the transportation quality assurance inspection and testing services team on several significant projects in the Seattle area. The main office is in Seattle, Washington. This position would require attention to detail and a good understanding of the documentation of the projects.

Responsibilities include the following:

• Prepare detailed Daily Inspection Reports, with photos, accurately reflecting the progress
• Inspect and document materials acceptance
• Maintain a good working relationship with the vendors and client

Compensation:

$33/hr to $45/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
