Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a 184-unit apartment property.
• Manage leasing activities including new leases, renewals, and walk-throughs.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and facilitate subcontractor work.
• Handle Housing Authority Section 8 compliance and tenant communication.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely rent collection.
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and prospects.
• Perform general property management duties as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of property management experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
• Must be available to work on-site 5 days a week, with flexibility for weekend overtime if needed.

Plusses:

• Proven experience managing large multifamily properties (100+ units).
• Strong knowledge of Section 8 housing and lease compliance.
