Are you a proactive, detail-oriented healthcare professional with a passion for coordination and improving patient care? Join our clients' team as a Program Coordinator , where you’ll play a key role in organizing and optimizing clinical service line programs to drive quality outcomes and elevate the patient experience.

Hourly Rate Range: $22-28/hr

3+ month contract

Responsibilities:

• Lead coordination and daily operations of service line programs, ensuring smooth execution and continuous improvement.
• Analyze patient population trends to shape programming and prioritize initiatives.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate programs, events, and services with measurable goals (volume, cost, quality, satisfaction).
• Collaborate with Marketing and internal teams to promote programs and increase engagement.
• Act as a liaison among interdisciplinary teams, patients, families, and external providers.
• Track patient outcomes and satisfaction data; create improvement plans as needed.
• Support staff education, training, and equipment evaluations across departments.
• Facilitate patient education efforts and maintain program certifications and compliance.
• Stay current on healthcare trends, regulations, and payer requirements.
• Step into a leadership role when the Program Manager is unavailable.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication, facilitation, and team-building skills.
• Experience in healthcare program coordination or clinical support.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and improve outcomes.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple priorities.
• Willingness to start early (7 AM) 2–3 times/month as needed.
