Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all phases of litigation in professional liability defense cases
• Represent professionals in mediations, depositions, court hearings, and arbitrations
• Draft pleadings, dispositive motions, and discovery responses
• Develop strategic legal defenses through comprehensive research and analysis
• Maintain direct communication with clients, insurers, and opposing counsel
• Ensure timely and accurate case handling in collaboration with team members
• Manage litigation calendars, court filings, and documentation compliance

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience in professional liability or related defense fields
• Demonstrated success defending licensed professionals (lawyers, CPAs, medical professionals, etc.)
• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
• Strong litigation skills, including courtroom presence, motion practice, and trial readiness
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
