Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creative development of physical product and packaging designs across the fragrance line.
  • Generate and present multiple design concepts for review, incorporating feedback from internal teams.
  • Translate abstract ideas and brand identity into tangible, high-quality design solutions.
  • Manage the sourcing process—researching, vetting, and coordinating with suppliers and manufacturers to identify appropriate materials and production partners.
  • Balance creative innovation with practicality, ensuring designs are manufacturable, cost-effective, and aligned with project timelines.
  • Oversee prototyping, sampling, and design refinements through to final production.
  • Maintain design documentation, including technical specs, dielines, and material references.
  • Stay current on design trends, new materials, and sustainability best practices to inform design choices and strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, Packaging Design, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in physical product/packaging design, including experience managing projects and collaborating with vendors.
  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates concept development, physical execution, and brand storytelling.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, 3D modeling tools, and design documentation platforms.
  • Experience with sourcing and vendor management in the consumer goods or beauty/fragrance space.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Highly collaborative and detail-oriented, with a passion for pushing creative boundaries.

The expected base pay range for this position is $90,000 - $100,000 , based on a variety of factors including qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
