Job Description

SynCot Plastics, a Vinmar Company, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Plastics Manufacturing Extruder Operator to join our team in Belmont, NC. As an Extruder Operator, you will play a crucial role in the production of plastic products by setting up, operating, and maintaining extrusion machines. Your expertise will ensure that production runs smoothly and efficiently while adhering to quality standards. You will be responsible for monitoring the extrusion process, making necessary adjustments, and troubleshooting equipment issues as they arise.
