Job Description

Are you detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about providing top-notch service? KOBOLD is looking for an Order Processing Specialist to join our team and ensure the accurate and timely processing of customer orders.

As an Order Processing Specialist, you will be the vital link between our customers and internal teams. You'll be responsible for entering sales orders, sending confirmations, maintaining CRM data, and communicating with customers in a professional and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor incoming order emails and process sales orders efficiently
  • Send daily order confirmations and proactively communicate delays or required info
  • Collaborate with Production and Purchasing teams to coordinate shipment dates
  • Set up new customer accounts and maintain accurate CRM records
  • Review late order reports and follow up with customers
  • Provide backup support for invoicing

A High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience) is required along with 3+ years’ experience in customer service or order entry. This position is Full-Time, Salaried Non-Exempt with hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
