Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Advanced HCM Controls Implementation Consultant to lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion Advanced HCM Controls modules for our clients. The ideal candidate will bring deep functional expertise, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions aligned with compliance and risk management best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirement Analysis: Work closely with clients to gather, document, and analyze business requirements related to HCM compliance, risk, and internal controls.
  • Solution Design: Develop tailored solutions using Oracle Fusion Advanced HCM Controls to meet client-specific needs and regulatory standards.
  • Configuration & Customization: Implement and configure modules, including defining security roles, access controls, approval workflows, and segregation of duties (SoD) rules.
  • Data Migration: Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless and accurate migration of data from legacy systems.
  • Testing & Quality Assurance: Create and execute detailed test plans to validate performance, functionality, and security of implemented solutions. Ensure deliverables meet client expectations and internal quality standards.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in 2 to 5 full-cycle implementations of Oracle Cloud Advanced HCM Controls.
  • 4–6 years of Oracle HCM Cloud Functional experience with hands-on expertise in three or more modules: Core HR, Benefits, Absence, Payroll, Time and Labor, Talent Management, and Oracle Recruiting Cloud.
  • Proven leadership experience , including leading requirement analysis, functional design, report development, and testing activities.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and analytical problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with Oracle Fusion HCM technology.
  • In-depth experience with Oracle HCM Cloud – Global Core HCM (7–10 years preferred).
  • Demonstrated experience supporting business and technology transformation initiatives.
