Job Description

Team Leader role in Pottsville, PA (2 hours NW of Philly, 1.15 hours SW of Scranton).

Here is what they want:

You are a honorably discharged military veteran of the rank of E-5 or higher AND have at least one year of experience where you directly supervised 10 or more subordinates in a day to day operational role. (If you were an E-3 or higher but have significant "post military" supervisory experience, that could work as well). While it is not a requirement, bilingual skills in Spanish are a huge plus for this role. These permanent positions pay a base hourly rate of $30 to $37 an hour plus overtime. Since these leaders work an average of 42 to 45 hours a week, the person should, with overtime, make somewhere between $70,000 to $86,000 annually.

This person will supervise anywhere from 20 to 40 non-union employees on the Distribution Center Floor. Prospective employees need to be open to all shifts ( and will typically work 4 days out of 7 in a week on 10-hour shifts. This normally involves AT LEAST one weekend day or night of work. ( Special Note: If you are not comfortable working nights or weekends, please do not apply for this position).

Here are the shifts that have openings: (However, you MUST be open to any of the shifts-no exceptions).

1. First Shift A-5:00am to 3:00pm (Must arrive by 4:00am but you get paid for that hour)

2. First Shift B-9:00am to 7:00pm (Must arrive by 8:00am but you get paid for that hour)

3. Overnight Shift-6:00pm to 4:00am (Must arrive by 5:00pm but you get paid for that hour)

This company will only hire people that they can see being promotable twice in the next 5 years.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $86,000.00 Total comp per year depending on your base hourly rate.
