This BCG Attorney Search opportunity is with a globally recognized Am Law firm known for its leadership in antitrust, regulatory investigations, and transactional counseling. The Los Angeles office is actively growing its Antitrust & Competition group, offering associates direct access to international clients, collaboration across cross-border teams, and early involvement in strategy and litigation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Represent clients in complex antitrust litigation, including government investigations and private enforcement actions
• Advise clients on merger control issues and coordinate Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) filings and global antitrust notifications
• Draft and prepare litigation briefs, motions, memos, and regulatory submissions
• Provide strategic competition law advice across multiple industries
• Collaborate with attorneys and regulatory teams across global offices

Qualifications:
• 2–5 years of antitrust litigation and/or merger control experience
• Licensed and in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
• Deep familiarity with U.S. antitrust law and competition enforcement frameworks
• Excellent writing, analytical, and legal research skills
• Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced team setting
