Job Title: Lead Full Stack Developer (Angular)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Lead Full Stack Developer with a strong background in modern web technologies, especially Angular on the frontend and robust backend development experience. As a technical leader, you will be responsible for designing and delivering scalable, high-performance web applications, mentoring a team of developers, and driving best practices across the full development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of full stack web applications using Angular (latest versions) and backend technologies such as Node.js, Java, .NET, or others.
• Take ownership of end-to-end development from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Ensure performance, security, scalability, and maintainability of applications.
• Manage sprint planning, estimation, and delivery in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies, and drive innovation within the team.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in full stack development, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role.
• Strong experience with Angular (v10 or above) , including RxJS, NgRx, and component-based architecture.
• Proficiency in backend development using technologies like Node.js, Java (Spring Boot), or .NET Core .
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.
• Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frontend tooling (Webpack, npm, etc.).
• Good understanding of database systems (SQL and NoSQL).
• Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of testing frameworks such as Jasmine, Karma, JUnit, or Mocha.
• Prior experience working in a fast-paced Agile team.
