The Company:
Our client is a subsidiary of a real estate investment firm with over $10.2 billion in assets under management. Our client oversees the planning, development, and management of a diverse real estate portfolio in Southwest Montana, including residential, hospitality, commercial, and workforce housing assets.
At the core of the portfolio are three premier private communities in Big Sky—Yellowstone Club, Spanish Peaks Mountain Club, and Moonlight Basin. Surrounding these are a growing mix of supporting assets, including residential neighborhoods, hotels, mixed-use buildings, and community infrastructure. The firm is also leading the next phase of Big Sky’s Town Center development, which will add new housing, hospitality, and public amenities to the area.
