Job Description

We’re seeking a motivated Associate Project Manager with a strong project management mindset and foundational knowledge of IT infrastructure. This role involves managing multiple small-scale infrastructure projects end-to-end, each with concise scope and fast-paced timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage 10–15 concurrent infrastructure projects, each lasting 3–4 months.
• Oversee full project lifecycle—from initiation and planning to execution and closure.
• Coordinate across multiple infrastructure domains including:
• Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Windows and RHEL environments
• Data center migrations
• General system migrations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including up to 300 application stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and status reports.
• Facilitate effective communication among project teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure change management and documentation standards are upheld.

Required Qualifications

• 2–4 years of project management experience, ideally in infrastructure environments.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure fundamentals (servers, networks, databases).
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with high velocity and shifting priorities.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Visio, Excel, and Word.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in Business Analysis (BA), especially supporting infrastructure projects.
• PMP certification or working toward certification.
• Experience with Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
