Job Description

General Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the sales and operations team to align with business objectives.
  • Build and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth.
  • Identify, pursue, and close new sales opportunities while maintaining key client relationships.
  • Oversee forecasting, revenue tracking, and performance metrics to meet sales targets.
  • Provide market insights to improve product portfolio, pricing, and positioning.
  • Champion the brand through effective messaging and external representation.
  • Leverage CRM tools for sales tracking and team productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and operational standards.
  • Manage logistical, financial, and administrative functions, including office arrangements.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master?s or PMP is a plus.
  • 7+ years in technical sales, preferably in manufacturing/engineering.
  • 2-3 years in a management role with a strong sales leadership track record.
  • Proven ability to grow market share, close high-value deals, and expand business opportunities.
  • Strong technical aptitude, particularly in safety or industrial products.
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM, ERP, and sales-related software.
  • Valid driver?s license and ability to pass security background checks.
