MadAveGroup is looking for a detail-driven, proactive and customer service-oriented Fulfillment Coordinator to keep our production and delivery operations running smoothly. In this role, you'll serve as a vital connection point between our internal teams, clients, and vendors—managing day-to-day fulfillment duties, supporting agency services, and ensuring client deliverables are processed and delivered on-time.

You'll play a hands-on role in guiding production from order to completion—reviewing scripts, collaborating with engineers and voice talent, and ensuring everything is delivered accurately. On the installation side, you'll coordinate with third-party vendors, secure competitive pricing, and make sure each project is completed on schedule. When clients reach out for support, you'll be the reliable, responsive partner they can count on—whether it’s resolving an issue, arranging a shipment, or assisting with a custom request.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is naturally organized, and can juggle multiple priorities without missing a beat. You’re someone who takes initiative, finds solutions quickly, and genuinely enjoys supporting a team while keeping the client experience top of mind.

In addition to coordinating fulfillment, you’ll help manage office operations—handling shipping and receiving, tracking inventory, greeting visitors, answering phones, and assisting with mail and general admin tasks. It’s a dynamic role that requires strong communication, attention to detail, and a service-oriented mindset.

Compensation - $40,000 - $50,000 per year
