As our Foam Operations Manager, you'll lead multiple production departments while driving continuous improvement in this critical manufacturing process.

• Lead process innovation and quality improvements

• Develop and implement strategic initiatives

Qualifications:

• 5+ years foam production leadership experience (Polyurethane Foam); Highly Preferred
• Associate Degree in Business/Chemical Engineering (or equivalent)
• Strong operational management background
• Lean manufacturing expertise
• Process improvement experience
