Responsibilities: • Teach clients proper technique for all exercises, especially those requiring more complex equipment, to reduce injury risk • Improve client fitness by customizing exercises to meet each person's unique needs and skills • Ensure all workout programs are appropriate for each client by doing individualized fitness evaluations • Monitor clients' progress and adjust their fitness plans accordingly • Maintain all gym standards and safety requirements to ensure that clients are safe and comfortable while working out Qualifications: • Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent GED certification • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients and other team members • Currently certified as a fitness instructor or personal trainer • Outstanding time management and organizational skills • Must have a strong focus on putting the guest first with exceptional customer service experience About Company: At Strive 11 Fitness, we transform busy lives through a revolutionary “No Class Times” workout experience.
