1. Conduct failure analysis on daily returned and exchanged devices in the overseas warehouse, locate the root cause of device failures, and summarize and output the analysis results.
2. Perform EWP (Early Warning Process) failure analysis overseas in the pre - launch phase of new projects and extract top issues.
3. Create, maintain, and output failure analysis reports and statements.
4. Cooperate with after - sales quality engineers in on - site analysis work.
5. Track the entire process of failure problem occurrence, analysis, resolution, and closure.

Job Requirements

1. Educational background: A full - time undergraduate degree or above in relevant majors such as electronics, communication, and automation. At least 5 years of experience in hardware failure analysis. Those with relevant hardware development experience are preferred (both US and Chinese degrees are recognized).
2. Solid foundation in digital electronics, analog electronics, etc. Be able to understand common module circuits and optical principles under guidance. Proficient in using hardware testing instruments such as oscilloscopes and spectrum analyzers, and be able to use these instruments to locate problems.
3. Have a basic concept of upper and lower computers, and be able to quickly familiarize with and operate relevant functional software.
4. Be able to independently analyze and solve problems, and repair defective boards, including replacing components.
5. Those with work experience in industries related to semiconductor laser control equipment, industrial marking machines, laser light source drivers, or motion control are preferred.
6. Be proactive, reliable, and able to cooperate with the team in FFR improvement work.
7. Be able to use Chinese as a working language for communication and writing.
8. Have self - discipline and self - motivation.
