Job Description

ABOUT US:

At Hyggelight, we're passionate about creating high-quality, zero-waste products that bring wellness to you and the planet. As a certified B-Corporation, we lead the industry in sustainable candle products. Our Growing Candles transform into wildflowers after use—zero-waste, 100% soy wax, and socially conscious. We are carried by national retailers such as REI and Whole Foods (whole franchise placement in both). If you value creativity, sustainability, and working in a positive, collaborative atmosphere, Hyggelight is the place for you.

Reporting & Analysis: Create and update tracking metrics, delivering reports to ensure

productivity and identify improvement areas.

Scheduling and Staffing:  Especially during peak seasons like Black Friday/Cyber

Monday, Good Morning America Segments, and National Retailer fulfillment.

Troubleshooting:  Identify production challenges and implement solutions to keep

operations running efficiently and smoothly. Oversee maintenance and repair of tooling

and equipment as necessary.

WHO YOU ARE:

A natural leader with previous management experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.

Able to work collaboratively, motivate your team, and foster a positive work culture.
