Job Description

A leading real estate operator specializing in last-mile logistics is seeking a Director of Digital Performance Marketing & Social Media to drive data-driven marketing strategy and execution across a variety of digital platforms. Reporting to the VP of Digital Marketing & Communications, this role will lead performance marketing efforts with a strong emphasis on analytics, paid social media, cross-functional collaboration, and budget management.

The successful candidate will bring hands-on expertise in campaign setup, dashboard development, and reporting—along with the ability to manage multiple performance channels simultaneously. This individual will thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate the ability to present insights and campaign performance to senior leadership.

Compensation for this role ranges between $145k-$155k. Compensation is based on experience. The role is hybrid in Larkspur, CA 3 days per week in office. Please only local candidates apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Aggregate, analyze, and synthesize data from email, digital platforms, paid media, web, and social to shape marketing strategies.
  • Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Google BigQuery, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud.
  • Develop dashboards to visualize KPIs.
  • Perform A/B testing to refine creative, messaging, and landing pages.
  • Track conversion paths, funnel performance, and campaign ROI across platforms.
  • Lead and execute paid media strategies across programmatic, social, search, and display platforms.
  • Prioritize campaigns based on data and performance metrics while understanding full customer journey.
  • Own end-to-end campaign setup and performance optimization across platforms like LinkedIn, Meta, StackAdapt, The Trade Desk, MediaMath, Treydesk, and Basis Technologies.
  • Manage campaign budgets and adjust allocation to maximize efficiency and results.
  • Ensure timely campaign delivery, strategy alignment, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Continuously evaluate digital marketing trends and make strategic recommendations.
  • Benchmark against competitors and industry best practices to maintain a leadership position in digital performance marketing.
  • Collaborate with analytics and data science teams to improve attribution models and insight generation.
  • Present insights, performance reports, and strategic plans to senior stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with internal departments including IT, customer experience, content, and communications.
  • Manage external vendors and partners, ensuring technology and campaign execution meet business goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Technology, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally with B2B focus.
  • Expertise in digital platforms: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google BigQuery, Adobe Analytics, Salesforce, HubSpot, Snowflake, SQL, and advanced Excel/Pivot tables.
  • Experience with large DSP platforms including StackAdapt, The Trade Desk, and Basis.
  • Proven ability to create and manage dashboards in Power BI, Looker Studio, and Tableau.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to simplify complex data for stakeholders.
  • Highly analytical with a demonstrated ability to translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Skilled in leading campaign execution while managing multiple concurrent initiatives.
