Location: Piscataway, NJ 08854 (On-site)

Duration: 3+ Months

Pay Rate: $25/hour

Shift: 1st Shift | Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

About the Role:

We are currently seeking a Data Entry Analyst to join our team at a leading fragrance house in Piscataway, NJ. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our commercial team. You will play a critical role in ensuring accurate data entry and follow-up of ongoing tasks across internal systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Entry Management:
• Review, organize, and enter accurate data into internal systems based on inputs from the commercial team.
• Track open requests and report on data accuracy, flagging discrepancies and assigning reason codes.
• Proactively raise any issues or unexpected outcomes to the commercial team.

Qualifications:

• Education: High School Diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or data entry role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
