Job Description

JustinBradley’s client, a leader in entertainment media, seeking a proactive and exceptionally organized Coordinator of People, Culture, & Team Operations to support our fast-paced Global Communications team. This role will partner closely with the Director of People & Culture to bring clarity, structure, and consistency to team operations, people programs, and cross-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, takes initiative, and is energized by optimizing how a high-performing team functions day-to-day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and manage team resources: org charts, directories, onboarding docs, and shared drives.
  • Schedule and coordinate planning sessions, team meetings, and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Track deliverables, project cadences, and timelines across multiple workstreams.
  • Create and update team decks, documentation, and operational tools.
  • Support logistics for team events: offsites, milestones, celebrations, and town halls.
  • Assist in delivering thoughtful and seamless onboarding experiences.
  • Help track and organize team engagement data and pulse survey feedback.
  • Track changes in team composition (new hires, exits, leaves of absence).
  • Assist with preparation and logistics for hiring plans, calibrations, and compensation reviews.
  • Collaborate with TA, Finance, and HR teams to manage job postings and interview coordination.
  • Input and maintain employee data in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday).
  • Support internal rollouts, leadership updates, and training logistics.
  • Build structure and provide documentation for recurring and ad-hoc projects.
  • Identify inefficiencies and suggest process improvements proactively.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience in project coordination, HR operations, team administration, or people programs.
  • Proven success in resource tracking, process documentation, and workflow management.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple projects and competing priorities.
  • Demonstrated initiative and sound judgment in knowing when to escalate or ask for guidance.
  • Experience working with globally dispersed, cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Workday, Microsoft Office, project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Trello, Smartsheet).
  • Experience in non-technical localization or working in communications-oriented teams.
  • Highly organized with strong systems-thinking and documentation habits.
  • Clear and adaptive communicator, comfortable working with diverse audiences.
  • Professional, discreet, and capable of handling sensitive/confidential information.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities.
  • Motivated by improving team efficiency and cohesion.
