Job Description

Our client, a manufacturing company located in the USA is looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) Remote to join their team.

The COO will lead and oversee the company's daily operations, ensuring operational excellence across all departments. Working closely with the Board of Directors, the COO will drive strategic initiatives, improve efficiency, and help scale the business. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a proven track record in operational management, financial insight, and strategic vision.

What you will do in this role:

  • Collaborate with the Board to implement company strategy and drive growth.
  • Oversee multiple departments, ensuring alignment and collaboration.
  • Identify and resolve operational inefficiencies.
  • Develop and execute operational strategies that support scalability.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure effectiveness.
  • Lead and improve cross-departmental communication and team accountability.
  • Contribute to strategic business goals and growth opportunities.
  • Oversee financial decisions, budgets, and revenue optimization.

What you will bring to the role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field; MBA required.
  • At least 15 years of experience in operational leadership, ideally in health, wellness, food, or healthcare industries required.
  • Proven experience in scaling businesses and improving operational efficiency.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills with a focus on remote teams.
  • Exceptional financial acumen and budget management.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
