Job Title: Sales Manager – Sugar Loaf Ford  Location:  Winona, MN  Job Type: Full-Time

Role Overview: As Sales Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our sales department, set and exceed performance targets, inspire and coach a team of sales professionals, and ensure an unmatched buying experience for our customers. You’ll be the engine that drives revenue, team success, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve dealership goals.
  • Develop strategic plans to increase sales and profitability.
  • Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Foster a culture of exceptional customer service and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with the finance and service departments to streamline the sales process.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide training as needed.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasting and reporting.
  • Partner with the GSM to manage vehicle inventory.
  • Follow up with prospective customers on a regular basis.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in automotive sales and team leadership, including 5+ years in automotive experience (management and Ford experience preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and people management skills.
  • Knowledge of CRM/DMS software (VinSolutions and AutoSoft preferred) and dealership sales processes.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
