Key Responsibilities:
• Manage habitability and personal injury matters from intake through resolution
• Draft motions, pleadings, and legal memoranda
• Conduct depositions, discovery, and settlement negotiations
• Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the litigation process
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to build strong case strategies
• Keep current with relevant statutes, case law, and local procedures

Qualifications:
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active membership in the California State Bar
• 1–5 years of experience in personal injury or real estate defense litigation
• Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills
• Strong verbal communication and client relations abilities
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus, but not required
• Ability to manage multiple cases independently while working within a team
