A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Application Support Analyst
Position type: Full-time, Contract
Duration: 3+ Months
Location: Los Angeles CA
As a Application Support Analyst you will:
- Provides assistance in one or all areas of applications programming that includes testing, design, and analysis.
- Supporting/Troubleshoot the LMS (Lab Management System, custom application).
- Work on Process improvement.
- Optical Lab Support
- Provides technical support to the team responsible for a subset of business systems applications.
- Typically requires an associate's degree or its equivalent.
- Assists in the formulation of procedures and best practices for users of applications.
- Works under moderate supervision. Typically requires 1-3 years of related experience.
The ideal candidate will have: The ideal candidate will have 2+ year’s experience providing application/desktop support, 2+ year’s experience working it vendors, 2+ year’s experience supporting servers, 1+ year’s experience in manufacturing, 1+ year’s experience with union environment.
Top Three Skillsets needed: IT troubleshooting/tech support, Data entry/management, Data Analysis
Specific Systems Knowledge Preferred: MS Suite, SQL, Linux/Unix

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $40 - $50 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
