Salary: $27-$30/hour

• This will be a 1st shift role with a 4-10's schedule! Monday-Thursday (6am-4:30pm)

What your future day will look like:

• Perform PM's and troubleshooting/repair of production equipment
• Work closely with Maintenance and Engineering teams
• Participate in process improvement projects as needed
• Investigate non-conforming products and recommend solutions
• Ensure all work meets safety regulations and policies

Type: Direct Hire

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (technical school degree preferred)
• At least 2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with general production machinery and equipment
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
